Adult classes are available every day to accommodate hectic schedules, with classes offered in the morning, lunchtime & evening.

In the morning, we mainly focus on the weapon curriculum of Iwama Aikido. Our practice involves the boken, jo, and tanto.

We offer age group classes from age 4 -13, after which children transition into the youth/adult program.
